We work with property owners and managers, investors, interior designers and renovation teams to co-create elevated sustainable co-living homes (HMOs) and fully serviced accommodation. We take care of the lettings process and manage the associated tenancies or short stays, bills and any maintenance. We guarantee the rent to the landlord for 3 - 5 years. No voids. Hola, I am Nakiah,

The fusion two of my biggest passions - real estate and environmental sustainability - is the essence of my thoughtful vision for Kielle & Co. Estates, to become a leader in renovating this underdeveloped space in the Caribbean rental market and across South East England. I established Kielle & Co. Estates fuelled by passion, a vision, and unwavering determination. The constraints of a typical 9 - 5 routine and restrictive annual vacations didn't align with me and my spirit yearned for liberation. I needed to nourish her. Having found tremendous satisfaction managing properties in Oxford and the Caribbean, I can say that I am living in my purpose as an experienced Real Estate Manager. With a detailed eye for aesthetic and functional interior design, meticulous data analysis expertise, and a love of people coalesced with leveraging a combined 35+ years of experience in the real estate investment space between mentors and myself, I am here and ready to work with you to do things differently yet achieve maximum profit with minimal impact.
